Billing Clerk
📍 Location: Ajman & Dubai

💼 Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Review sales orders, delivery notes, and supporting documents before initiating billing.
- Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices for all types of sales transactions.
- Update daily sales and billing reports, ensuring all invoiced items align with system data.
- Reconcile billed amounts with sales and dispatch records to maintain accuracy.
- Process credit notes, return notes, cancellations, and necessary corrections.
- Support monthly closing activities and submit billing reports to the Accounts Department on schedule.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting or ERP systems.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
