Park Regis Hotels Dubai Vacancies – Park Regis Business Bay Hotel Careers
Chief Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel
- Ensure smooth functioning of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Lead, train, and manage the engineering team
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Handle emergency repairs and technical troubleshooting
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Monitor departmental budget, expenses, and cost control
- Drive energy conservation and sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel engineering
- At least 2–3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel MEP systems and maintenance practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of UAE regulations and safety standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment
- Relevant certifications (HVAC, Electrical, etc.)
- Good communication skills in English
