Park Regis Hotels Dubai Vacancies – Park Regis Business Bay Hotel Careers

Cost Controller

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cost Controller in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong hospitality background with solid knowledge of Food & Beverage cost control procedures.
Experience in inventory management, stock control, and inventory reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel inventory management systems.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred.
Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems is an advantage.
Understanding of hotel operations, departmental costing, and internal control procedures.
Ability to monitor costs, analyze variances, prepare reports, and support month-end financial closing activities.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with Purchasing, Receiving, Kitchen, Operations, and Finance teams.
