MedX Pharmacy Vacancies – Urgent Job Vacancies in Dubai
Pharmacists (DHA Licensed – UAE Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate prescription dispensing and patient counseling
- Deliver strong customer service (in-store and online)
- Manage stock across retail and e-commerce channels
- Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation
- Support clinical services and health screenings
- Handle daily operations including merchandising, invoicing, and team coordination
Requirements:
- DHA license (mandatory)
- UAE experience as a Pharmacist
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of pharmacy operations and compliance standards
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist (Retail / Beauty / Healthcare)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads & Meta platforms)
- Oversee Google Merchant Center and resolve feed issues
- Implement GA4 tracking and conversion measurement strategies
- Drive CRM strategies (Email & SMS) for retention and lifecycle marketing
- Improve customer value through upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty programs
- Lead influencer marketing and brand collaborations
- Develop organic social media strategies
- Plan and execute PR campaigns and product launches
- Manage external agencies and ensure performance delivery
- Collaborate with tech and UI/UX teams to enhance user experience and conversions
- Monitor and report on performance with actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare advertising regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing (retail, beauty, e-commerce, or healthcare preferred)
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot)
- Experience managing influencer campaigns and agency partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with proven performance in ROAS, LTV, and retention growth
- Experience managing large marketing budgets (AED 2M+) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant industry experience required (non-relevant profiles will not be considered)
