- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and portion control as per standard recipes.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines).
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area and proper storage of food items.
- Support senior chefs during busy service periods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Indian cuisine with strong tandoor expertise.
