Sales Manager – Real Estate Development
📍 Location: UAE
🎓 Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any domain
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong client network and lead generation ability
- Immediate availability is preferred
Accountant (Payable)
Requirements:
- Male or Female.
- 3–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Experience in a Real Estate Developer, Construction Company, or Audit Firm is mandatory.
- Experience handling subcontractor, supplier, and project-based payments.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Zoho, Matrix, HostBooks, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, bank reconciliations, vendor management, and MS Excel.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Project Manager – Civil (Developer/Client Side) (Unlimited DM Licence)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in residential building construction projects.
- Proven experience in residential building construction projects.
- Previous experience working with developers or in a management role is preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel, project planning, site management, and project delivery.
- Must be available to join immediately.
