Frontline Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Processes foreign currency exchange, money transfers, and inward remittance payments
  • Follows KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) procedures
  • Detects counterfeit notes, balances transactions, and prevents cash shortages or overages
  • Adheres to AML policies, Central Bank regulations, and internal compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (banking, exchange, or financial services)

Customer Service Agent

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an exchange house (customer service role)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle assigned customer calls, chats, emails, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, branches, customers, banks, and service providers to ensure prompt issue resolution.
