- Proven hospitality experience in luxury hotels, ideally in roles similar to the positions above
- Multilingual skills for certain roles (e.g. Russian, Chinese, Arabic) are a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle high expectations
- Passion for guest experience, attention to detail, and ability to work well in teams
- For supervisory / leadership roles: experience in managing teams, operations, standards
