Urgent Automotive Jobs in Abu Dhabi
Reception Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Reception and Service Advisor activities
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Monitor vehicle reception, repair progress and delivery
- Ensure accurate job cards, estimates, approvals and invoices
- Coordinate with Workshop, Parts, Warranty and other departments
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching
- Follow up on pending jobs and customer requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of automotive after-sales experience
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in Service Advisor or workshop reception operations
- Strong customer service, communication, leadership and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of automotive workshop operations
- SAP and MS Office knowledge
Sales Executive – JAC Commercial Vehicles
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with fleet operators, contractors, transport companies and corporate customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking and referrals
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in commercial vehicles, trucks, automotive, fleet sales or heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE market
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Arabic language skills will be an added advantage
