Office Admin / Customer Relationship Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day front office operations and administrative activities
- Receive and assist customers at the workshop
- Provide professional customer service and support
- Assist customers during vehicle deliveries
- Attend and respond to customer calls and enquiries
- Follow up with social media leads
- Convert social media leads into customers
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the service process

Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
