General Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FM industry or maintenance department
- Experience in finishing, fit-out, or snagging works (mandatory for civil roles)
- Relevant technical skills in the respective trade
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance procedures
- Immediate joiners preferred (not mandatory)
