Inpatient Pharmacist (Arabic or Tagalog Speaker)
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience as an Inpatient Pharmacist in a hospital setting.
- DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA Licence as a Pharmacist is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of inpatient medication management, clinical pharmacy practices, and medication safety.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic prescribing platforms.
- Fluency in Arabic or Tagalog is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate inpatient medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
- Dispense medications in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy
- Monitor patients for drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, and therapeutic outcomes
- Provide medication information and counselling to healthcare professionals and patients when required
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to medication safety and quality improvement initiatives
