WaveTrade Dubai Vacancies – IT Systems & Integration Engineer (Trading Environment)
📍 Location: DIFC, Dubai
🧭 Department: Technology / Trading Infrastructure
This role will sit close to the trading, dealing, and CRM teams and will own integrations across trading platforms, market-data providers, and internal business apps.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Windows & Linux servers used in the trading stack
- Design, build, and support APIs and integrations with trading platforms, CRM, liquidity bridges, and payment/ops tools
- Develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuning for reporting and trading systems
- Build automation scripts (PowerShell / Python / PHP / similar) for deployments, monitoring and data flows
- Maintain and enhance Power BI & ETL/data-modeling workflows for management and trading reports
- Ensure networking/DNS is correctly configured for low-latency, high-availability environments
- Work with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to roll out upgrades, patches, and new features
- Support the team during production incidents and release cycles
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Windows & Linux servers in a production setting
- Strong SQL / database development background (queries, tuning, SPs)
- Hands-on API design, integration & automation scripting
- Exposure to Power BI, ETL, data modeling
- Good grasp of networking and DNS fundamentals
- Highly desirable: experience in a trading / brokerage / FX / MT4 / MT5 / liquidity-bridge / CRM-integration environment
- Nice to have: Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune
- Excellent English; French or Arabic is a plus
