- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Experience in EOSB, leave management, and payroll reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Requirements
- 10+ years experience in block industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of block and interlock production
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of block machines and production processes
- Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree or diploma preferred
