HR Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee files, records, and HR databases
- Coordinate travel bookings and visa processing activities
- Support daily HR operational and administrative functions
- Ensure HR documentation and records are maintained accurately
- Assist in employee-related coordination and support activities
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant HR Operations experience
- Prior UAE HR Operations or Administration experience is required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred
