Position: IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure new workstations and support users with technical issues
- Install and maintain Point-of-Sale (POS) systems across retail locations
- Maintain ERP sales records and support end-of-day processes
- Ensure real-time updates of pricing in POS and scale systems
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support to stores and warehouses
- Support handheld scanners, printers, VPNs, and digital signage systems
- Monitor IT security alerts and escalate incidents appropriately
- Assist in IT setups for new store openings and refurbishment projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–3 years of IT support experience (retail/multi-site preferred)
- Experience with POS, ERP integration, hardware, networking, and VPN
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel to different store or warehouse locations
- Ability to work in shifts and handle overnight technical support
