Call Center Executive
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (SNO Clinic Al Raha / SNO Clinic Al Nahyan)
📅 Hiring for: Immediate Joining
🗣️ Arabic-speaking male candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries and appointments
- Assist patients with booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
- Coordinate with medical and admin teams for efficient follow-ups
- Maintain and update accurate patient records and call logs
- Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a healthcare call center or customer service role preferred
