📍 Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

🧾 Role Overview
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. This role combines platform management, digital marketing, inventory coordination, and performance analysis to enhance online visibility and customer experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily invoicing and inventory management for the e-commerce sales system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Ensure complete and accurate product listings and content across all online channels
• Monitor daily pricing and coordinate quick corrective actions with channel partners
• Plan and execute channel-specific marketing calendars and promotions
• Develop and onboard new e-commerce channels
• Monitor customer reviews for new product launches and lineups
• Track, analyze, and report on competitor activities and market trends
• Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of e-commerce experience, including sales exposure
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms, online sales, and digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and social media marketing
• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes
• Data analysis and reporting skills for tracking e-commerce KPIs
• Familiarity with GCC e-commerce channels and local market dynamics
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Background in beauty, fashion, or personal care is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field preferred
