Hotel Contract Uploading Specialist (Dubai)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Department: Contracts / Reservations / Supplier Relations
Role Summary:
Review, analyse and upload hotel contracts and promotions into company systems. Ensure data accuracy, monitor contract validity, and support contract renewal processes to keep the hotel inventory and rates up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review hotel contracts and promotion documents to understand terms and clauses.
- Validate and analyse contract data before uploading to booking/contract systems.
- Monitor contract validity and follow up on renewals for existing agreements.
- Coordinate with procurement, commercial and reservations teams regarding contract details.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of uploaded contracts and amendments.
- Assist with resolving discrepancies between contract terms and system entries.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in the tourism/travel industry (preferred).
- Prior experience in data entry, contract uploading, or reservations is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational ability.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Based in the UAE or available to work from Dubai.
