Transport Manager
Job Description
- Lead and manage overall transportation operations to ensure safe, timely, and efficient service delivery
- Develop and implement transport strategies to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve performance
- Manage driver teams, schedules, and fleet allocation across multiple destinations
- Ensure full compliance with UAE transport regulations and company safety standards
- Monitor fleet maintenance, fuel consumption, and operational KPIs
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and suppliers for seamless logistics planning
- Handle escalations, service improvements, and client transportation requirements
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and transport regulations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in transport/logistics management (tourism industry preferred)
- Experience with fleet management and scheduling systems
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously
OPERATION / RESERVATION EXECUTIVE (SPANISH SPEAKING)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle bookings and travel arrangements for inquiries and requests from overseas agents and other channels via phone calls and emails
- Liaise with hotels and suppliers to negotiate better rates and conditions
- Provide recommendations on hotels, restaurants, and transportation based on customer preferences and interests
- Manage FIT / GIT quotations and deliver the best travel solutions for partners
- Provide information on travel visas and requirements, when required
- Handle travel operations including reservations, hotel standby, and coordination with venue or ground teams to ensure smooth tour arrangements
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Tourism background with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a DMC
- Experience handling the European market is preferred
- Spanish-speaking candidates are mandatory
- EU citizens will be given preference

Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Provide insights into the company’s financial performance to the management team.
- Assist in preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate the annual extemal audit process.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial legal requirements for the global company.
- Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors as needed. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders for banking relationships, loans, and credit facilities.
- Collaborate on budget development, monitor spending, and optimize expenses organization-wide.
- Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations to improve cash management and liquidity.
- Identify financial risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
- Proactively assess potential financial challenges and propose solutions.
- Analysis of the global operations and sales. Monitor closely the minimum inventory levels to be maintained.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements, and ensure compliance.
Required Experience
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles.
- Previous experience in audit will be an added advantage.
- Experience in presenting financial information to senior management
- Previous experience in Travel and Tourism Industry is a must.
