Pitstop UAE Sharjah is urgently hiring for the following positions:
1️⃣ Document Controller
Location: Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Overview:
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents while providing administrative support to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient information flow across departments.
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in document control, administrative support, or a related role
- Experience in accounting, finance, automotive, or corporate environments is preferred
- Prior UAE experience is an advantage; relevant international experience will also be considered
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and document control systems
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
2️⃣ Parts Procurement Executive / Inventory Controller
Location: Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Overview:
The Parts Procurement Executive / Inventory Controller is responsible for sourcing automotive parts, managing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient stock planning to support workshop and service operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive parts procurement, preferably within multi-brand workshops
(e.g., AutoTrust, Automall, AG Cars, Dynatrade, CarPro, etc.) - Strong understanding of parts sourcing, stock planning, and supplier management
- Hands-on knowledge of MOS, PMC, and Suggested Order Logic
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with ERP / DMS systems
- Good technical knowledge of automotive components and specifications
