Key Requirements:
- Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent eye for detail and commitment to quality standards
- Solid understanding of inventory control and cost management
- Proven experience in departmental budgeting and forecasting
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and hygiene standards
- Ability to train, motivate, and lead by example
