Job Vacancies in Abu Dhabi for Freshers & Experienced
HR Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Manage employee health insurance processes, including enrollments, renewals, and claims coordination
- Oversee leave management and maintain accurate records in line with company policies
- Coordinate and arrange employee medical fitness examinations
- Liaise with the Finance Department regarding billing for medical examination services
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor regulations
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to supervise catering, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and other camp services
- Strong track record in maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction
- Experience in managing budgets, costs, and inventory effectively
- Ability to lead staff training, development, and performance management
- Sound knowledge of quality, safety, and operational compliance standards
Training Officer – Offshore
Requirements:
- Proven offshore experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Cleaning
- Catering
- Facilities Management (FM)
- Strong ability to deliver practical, hands-on training in operational environments
- Experience in team development and performance improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence
