Sales Promoters

Requirements

Plan and develop merchandising strategies aligned with customer expectations and company objectives.
Analyze sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges.
Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and timelines.
Maximize customer interest and sales through effective product displays.
Prepare store layout plans and maintain shelves and inventory.
Forecast sales and profits and assist in budget planning.
Monitor stock movement, promotions, price changes, and clearance activities.
Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with channel partners to generate sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of home appliance sales.

Requirements

Location: Abu Dhabi.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of FMCG sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Valid driving license required.

Strong customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of merchandising, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ability to prepare sales reports and manage customer accounts.
