Van Salesman – FMCG
Location: Across All Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah)

About the Role:
Mihan Ario General Trading LLC, a fast-growing FMCG distributor in the UAE, is seeking experienced and motivated Van Salesmen to join its expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, target-driven, and familiar with UAE market routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily van sales and deliveries of FMCG products to groceries, mini-markets, and retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain optimal product visibility.
- Safely operate and manage a 3-ton pickup during sales and delivery operations.
- Monitor market trends and report competitor activities and pricing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–6 years of UAE experience in FMCG van sales.
- Valid UAE manual driving license (3-ton pickup).
- Strong knowledge of UAE routes across all Emirates.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Tagalog, or Persian are an advantage.
