Key Responsibilities
- Admissions & Parent Support
- Parent Communication & Relationship Management
- Events, Workshops & School Calendar
- Marketing Support & Visibility Activities
- Reporting & Data Management
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, customer relations, or similar role
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- School experience is an advantage but not mandatory
2. Head of English
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the English Department
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with the Common Core standards
- Mentor and support teachers to improve instructional practices
- Monitor teaching quality through observations and feedback
- Oversee departmental planning, assessments, and academic performance
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching strategies and student outcomes
Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in English, Education, or related field (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of the Common Core curriculum
- Clear working knowledge of classroom observations and evaluation processes
- Experience in UAE schools preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead curriculum development and manage departmental activities
