🔹 Customer Service Executive
Department: Customer Experience / After-Sales Support
Location: UAE (Various Locations)

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain outstanding customer service standards at all touchpoints
- Handle inbound customer calls, queries, and service requests professionally
- Conduct outbound calls to inform customers about offers and promotions
- Maintain and update customer database for cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on customer issues
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Manage after-sales service, including complaints, warranty cases, and product returns
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for repair or replacements
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery and installation
- Uphold customer service desk standards as per company guidelines
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care or service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Good data entry and typing speed
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask, analyze problems, and provide solutions
- Prior experience in retail or hospitality customer service is preferred
