🔹 Customer Service Executive
Department: Customer Experience / After-Sales Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain outstanding customer service standards at all touchpoints
  • Handle inbound customer calls, queries, and service requests professionally
  • Conduct outbound calls to inform customers about offers and promotions
  • Maintain and update customer database for cross-selling opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on customer issues
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Manage after-sales service, including complaints, warranty cases, and product returns
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for repair or replacements
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery and installation
  • Uphold customer service desk standards as per company guidelines

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care or service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Good data entry and typing speed
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask, analyze problems, and provide solutions
  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality customer service is preferred
