Quantity Surveyor
Position: Quantity Surveyor (Standing Seam & Insulated Panel Systems)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Company: Kingspan Insulated Panels Middle East
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
- Handle order variations, valuations, and progress claims.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to maintain financial and contractual compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of QS experience, preferably in standing seam roofing, insulated panels, cold rooms, and cladding systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of metal roofing and façade systems.
- Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
