Requirements:
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Proven experience in maintenance or facility services
- Ability to handle multiple technical tasks efficiently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Plumber
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and installation
- Knowledge of piping systems, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work in residential/commercial maintenance settings

Electrician
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of wiring, fault finding, and repairs

AC Technician

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Heavy Equipment Operator:

Generator Operator:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- CGT certification required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in similar work
- Basic computer skills
- Well-versed in English
STP Operator:
- ITI or Diploma in MEP or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in similar work

Electrician:
- 2-year course/diploma in Electrical Engineering
