Khidmah Walk-In Interview in Dubai

Female Beach Supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven lifeguarding experience (typically 2–3 seasons or equivalent rescue/lead hours)
- Ability to manage multiple incidents effectively under pressure
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred or required for transportation-related duties
- Strong swimming and rescue capabilities
- Ability to maintain situational awareness across multiple stations
- Ability to lift/move equipment and coordinate emergency logistics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in incident command or emergency management
- Administrative and report-writing experience
- Bilingual communication skills are an advantage
Female Assistant Manager
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, camps, or similar environments
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Customer service experience in high-volume outdoor environments
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors
- Ability to assist in emergency response situations when required
- Confidence working in public-facing and high-visibility environments
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of staff supervision experience
- Experience with event operations or public safety coordination
- Familiarity with local beach regulations and incident documentation procedures
