Khidmah Facility Management Careers – Latest Vacancies in Dubai

HSE Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with HSE policies and legal requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
  • Identify hazards and implement corrective measures to prevent incidents
  • Deliver safety training and awareness sessions to staff and subcontractors
  • Maintain and update safety documentation, incident logs, and inspection reports
  • Participate in accident investigations and implement root cause analysis
  • Promote a safety-first culture across the organization
  • Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies as required
  • Ensure proper usage of PPE and adherence to emergency procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in facilities management or construction
  • NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards
  • Strong observational, reporting, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and safety management systems
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • UAE driving license is a plus
