Head of Operations – Onshore
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple catering locations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive operational performance by controlling costs, optimizing workforce deployment, and enforcing company SOPs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring all contractual commitments are consistently fulfilled.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams including Operations Support Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure full compliance with QHSE standards, conduct regular site audits, and foster a culture focused on safety and service excellence.
- Review operational and financial reports, identify gaps, take corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Catering Technology.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in large-scale or institutional catering, with at least 5 years in a senior multi-site leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of QHSE protocols, HACCP standards, and UAE Food Safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver operational improvements.
- Strong financial skills with experience in budgeting, cost management, and performance tracking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred; must be willing to travel within the UAE as required.
