We’re Hiring – HR Admin Assistant
We are currently looking for a competent and enthusiastic HR Admin Assistant to join our administrative team. If you are passionate about human resources and thrive in a school environment, we welcome your application.
Position: HR Admin Assistant
Location: Canadian International School – Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an HR role within the UAE (school experience preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and HR compliance practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a busy school environment
Expected Salary Range
Salaries vary depending on experience, qualifications, and job role. Entry-level applicants may earn around AED 3,000 per month, while seasoned professionals can expect up to AED 7,000. Final offers will be made following the interview process.
