📍 Location: UAE
💼 Department: Auto Underwriting
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle motor underwriting processes using insurance portals and digital platforms
- Analyze risks and assess eligibility for acceptance or rejection
- Apply appropriate pricing strategies in line with company profitability goals
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory policies
- Communicate and negotiate policy terms with clients, brokers, and internal sales teams
- Manage policy endorsements, renewals, and adjustments
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (attested) or Insurance Certification (e.g., CII, ACII preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Motor/Auto Underwriting
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in insurance systems and digital underwriting tools
- Strong knowledge of UAE motor insurance regulations and vehicle valuations
2. Motor Insurance Underwriting Assistant (Preferably Female)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior underwriters with policy preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
- Review client applications, data entries, and assist in risk assessment
- Coordinate with internal departments and brokers for smooth underwriting operations

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in insurance or business
