Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in FMCG sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic English and Arabic skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Van Salesman
Requirements:
- Valid KSA Heavy Driving License mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of van sales experience in an FMCG-related role
- Ability to achieve sales targets for all brands and categories
- Experience in demand forecasting and placing accurate orders
- Familiarity with Journey Call Plan (JCP) and daily call targets
- Ability to achieve distribution and visibility targets as per planogram
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper handling
- Review daily sales performance with the Sales Supervisor
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maximize sell-out through effective merchandising
- Ensure accurate stock delivery and movement
- Ensure correct product distribution and product availability in assigned shops
- Ability to develop new business within the assigned route
