Assistant Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily Front Office operations to ensure exceptional guest service and brand compliance.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Operations Manager to support property performance.
- Review and act on guest feedback and performance metrics (Guest Love Scores).
- Resolve guest and colleague issues professionally and promptly.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance in alignment with financial targets.
- Foster effective communication and a positive, team-oriented work culture.
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within Front Office or Guest Services.
- IHG brand experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of IHG Guest Love tools and service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with hotel PMS (OPERA preferred).
- Currently based in the UAE.
Business Development Manager – Leisure
📍 InterContinental Fujairah Resort, Fujairah, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities in the leisure and wholesale segments.
- Manage relationships with tour operators, travel agents, and luxury travel advisors.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align sales strategies.
- Conduct site inspections, familiarization trips, and performance reporting.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, focusing on leisure markets.
- Strong industry network across GCC, Europe, and Asia.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills; multilingualism is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage partnerships and deliver results.
- Prior UAE or regional experience preferred.
Pool Bar Attendant

Requirements:
