Front Desk Officer – Operations & Admin Support
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, Admin Officer, Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Professional, confident and presentable personality.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer-service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
