Key Responsibilities
- Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and retail team performance
- Coach and develop your staff to maximize sales and loyalty-program uptake
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock checks, and audit compliance
- Role model grooming, product knowledge, and apparel trend awareness
- Manage staff schedules, grievances, and daily operational tasks
- Promote the Club Apparel loyalty program to drive repeat sales
- Uphold security measures and brand policy adherence
- Lead store in Store Manager’s absence, ensuring seamless store operations
