Admin
- Handle daily office administrative tasks and paperwork
- Process incoming orders and stock requests (especially fast-moving items)
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Prepare weekly/monthly inventory and operational reports
Baker
- Prepare and bake Arabic, French, and Portuguese breads
- Weigh, mix ingredients, and operate bakery equipment
- Label baked items accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the baking area
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment
Barista
- Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude
- Prepare coffee and food items as per orders
- Provide recommendations and product information
- Clean and maintain coffee machines and service areas
- Handle transactions and follow health and safety protocols
Butcher
- Cut, trim, and portion various meats based on customer requests
- Ensure product freshness, proper labeling, and attractive displays
- Rotate stock regularly to maintain quality
- Provide recommendations and engage customers
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Cashier
- Process payments (cash, cards, vouchers, foreign currency) accurately
- Report discrepancies and handle daily deposits
- Maintain a clean workstation and front-end displays
- Assist with product information and ongoing promotions
- Adhere to store SOPs and hygiene standards
Counter Server Associate
- Assist customers with deli products (slicing, packing, pricing)
- Offer samples and product suggestions
- Keep displays organized and replenished
- Follow FIFO stock rotation and hygiene rules
- Assist in periodic inventory counts
Fishmonger
- Clean, cut, and prepare different seafood varieties
- Display seafood attractively and rotate stock for freshness
- Ensure accurate labeling and quality checks
- Engage with customers and handle custom orders
- Maintain cleanliness and handle tools/equipment safely
Receiver
- Scan and verify supplier barcodes on deliveries
- Conduct blind and manual receiving checks
- Inspect quality, quantity, and expiry dates
- Handle return items (RTS/RTV) and document discrepancies
- Support regular inventory counts and follow hygiene protocols
Stocker – Fruits & Vegetables
- Replenish and organize fresh produce displays
- Remove expired/damaged items and record waste accurately
- Coordinate with warehouse for timely restocking
- Maintain cleanliness and freshness of the section
- Assist customers with product selection
Stocker – FMCG
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and cleanly displayed
- Follow FIFO to rotate products and maintain freshness
- Record waste and remove expired/damaged goods
- Maintain section hygiene and assist customers
- Communicate with warehouse for inventory support
