1️⃣ Assistant Facilities Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Maintenance and Facilities Management, especially in:
- Operations planning
- HSEEQ
- Supplier relations management
- Client relations management
- Contract and maintenance management
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and global best practices
- Decisiveness and sound judgment
- Innovative and conceptual thinking
- Numerical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

2️⃣ Full Stack Developer
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET Web API, Entity Framework Core
- Experience with React.js and Next.js
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and integration patterns
- Experience with SQL databases (MS SQL Server, Azure SQL) and ORM frameworks
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
- Experience with Angular is a plus
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) is an advantage
Soft Skills:
