1. Team Leader – Holidays
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Industry certifications (IATA, CLIA, etc.) are a plus.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in the travel, holidays, or cruise industry.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and travel booking tools.
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
2. Business Development Manager – Air Arabia Holidays
Location: UAE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years in B2B sales and account management within the travel and tourism sector.
- Strong focus on holiday package sales and partnership development.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Established network of travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients across UAE & MENA.
3. Corporate Travel Consultant
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- IATA certification preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in the travel industry.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (preferably Galileo).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends and rotating shifts.
Requirements for All Roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of travel operations, holiday sales, and customer service.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented environment.
