AVLU Turkish Restaurant Jobs Dubai

Food & Beverage Runner

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Food Runner, ideally within an upscale, premium-casual, or fine-dining restaurant.
Familiarity with Turkish cuisine, food presentation, and service style is highly preferred.
Good understanding of restaurant operations and timely, accurate food delivery.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Strong team player with excellent coordination skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Willingness to support the service team and assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.
Experience in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or international hospitality brands will be highly advantageous.

Senior Waiter/Waitress

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a reputable upscale or fine-dining restaurant.
Strong knowledge of high-end service standards, table service, and guest relations.
Confident in handling guest requests, special occasions, and service-related concerns.
Strong communication, leadership, and team-coordination skills.
Ability to support junior team members and maintain consistent service standards.
Professional, energetic, detail-oriented, and highly guest-focused.
Candidates with hospitality experience from Eastern Europe, Albania, Serbia, Uzbekistan, or Arabic-speaking markets are preferred, particularly those with experience in upscale or international restaurant environments.
