Locations: Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah
Barista / Cashier
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar F&B role
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Knowledge of customer service and upselling techniques
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic math and cash handling procedures required for cashiers
📌 Preferred Nationalities: Filipinos, Indians, Nepalese
Procurement & Cost Control Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Oversee purchasing cycle, requisitions, PO creation, and delivery tracking
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures
- Standardize procurement procedures using ERP systems
- Monitor kitchen orders and control wastage
- Track daily requests against kitchen orders
- Practice PAR level setting and conduct spot checks on stock usage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in relevant field
- 2–3 years of experience preferred
- Prior experience in F&B industry is mandatory
