- Ability to organize and manage students in unstructured learning environments.
- Experience developing student competencies through coaching and personalized learning approaches.
- Ability to design engaging learning experiences focused on curiosity, teamwork, challenge, and personal growth.
- Strong understanding of school systems, policies, and educational structures.
- Ability to build partnerships with industry and community stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics

SENCo – Secondary
Requirements
- Degree in Education or related field
- SENCo/SEND qualification
- Experience in Secondary SEND (British curriculum preferred)
- Strong understanding of inclusion and intervention strategies
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player
School Doctor
Requirements
- Licensed medical doctor with valid UAE registration
- Calm, caring, and experienced in working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in school, paediatric, or community health settings preferred
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
Engagement Ambassador
Requirements
- Warm, organized, and people-focused professional
- Passion for community engagement and relationship building
