POSITION 1: Medical Gas Technical & Sales Engineer
DEPARTMENT: Healthcare / Engineering Division
LOCATION: UAE
The Medical Gas Technical & Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting, designing, and delivering medical gas systems and solutions to hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare facilities. This role combines technical expertise, project coordination, and customer relationship management to ensure safe, compliant, and profitable business growth.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical gas systems, healthcare MEP, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of medical gas pipeline standards (HTM 02-01, NFPA 99, ISO 7396-1).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, system design, and project estimation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
- Note: Applicants without relevant experience or a driving license should not apply.
Salary: Based on experience. Commission will be provided upon achieving monthly targets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Present technical solutions and conduct product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
2. Technical Responsibilities
- Design and specify medical gas pipeline systems in compliance with international standards.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct site surveys, assessments, and technical evaluations.
3. Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
4. Customer Support & After-Sales Service
- Provide ongoing technical assistance to clients.
- Address customer queries and troubleshoot issues.
- Support maintenance and service activities.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and sales forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project data.
POSITION 2: Laboratory Purchaser
DEPARTMENT: Laboratory / Procurement Division
LOCATION: Dubai
(Laboratory Instruments, Analytical Equipment, IVD Systems, Educational Lab Items)
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, BMLT, MMLT, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing laboratory equipment, reagents, consumables, and supply chain operations.
- Proven track record in supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and tender management.
- Prior experience in hospital or diagnostic laboratory procurement is preferred.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and INCOTERMS.
- Strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate vendors/manufacturers for laboratory and medical equipment.
- Float RFQs, compare quotations, and finalize selections.
- Negotiate prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) with complete documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics, customs, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Ensure all procured products comply with ISO, CE, FDA, GMP/GLP standards.
