About Arabian Tea House Restaurant & Cafe
Arabian Tea House is a well-known Emirati restaurant that first opened its doors in 1997 in the historic Al Bastakiya (now Al Fahidi) district of Dubai. With its charming setting of turquoise benches, white rattan chairs, lace curtains, and tranquil courtyards, the restaurant offers guests an authentic taste of traditional Arabic and Emirati hospitality.
Celebrated for preserving the culinary heritage of the UAE, Arabian Tea House has grown beyond its original location, establishing branches in Sharjah, Mercato Mall, the Jumeirah Archaeological Site, and other key locations. More than just a dining destination, it invites visitors on a cultural journey that showcases the richness of Emirati flavors, customs, and storytelling through food.
Arabian Tea House Careers – Open Positions
Hiring is open for the following roles:
- Kitchen Helper
- Barista
- Hostess
- Waiter / Waitress
- Cook (preferably with fish‐cooking experience)
- Chef (preferably with fish chef experience)
- Food Runner
- Dispatcher
Requirements & Conditions
- Be present in the UAE for a face-to-face interview (plus a food trial, where applicable)
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or related food & beverage roles
- Passion for service, readiness to learn, and aim to grow within the team
- Flexibility, team spirit, punctuality, and commitment
