Credit Collection Executive

Job Overview:
As a Credit Collection Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the company’s credit policies and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Contact clients to arrange debt payments and settlements
- Maintain records of collection activity and follow-ups
- Analyze credit data and determine risk levels
- Coordinate with the finance team for reporting and reconciliations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in credit control or a similar role
- Fresh graduates may apply if they demonstrate strong potential and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
