Dulsco Group is urgently hiring for the following positions:
Ramp Supervisor
Job Purpose:
The Ramp Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned aircraft gates and stands, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality aircraft turnaround and cabin cleaning operations in accordance with Etihad Airways’ standards. The role involves supervising teams, enforcing safety compliance, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all turnaround and cabin cleaning activities at designated bays to ensure timely and safe operations.
- Supervise cabin cleaning tasks, including cabin, galley, lavatories, and exterior cleaning, adhering to Etihad’s Cabin Appearance Manual and OTP standards.
- Monitor and validate the completion of support tasks such as waste removal, restocking, A-checks, and equipment readiness.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and timely deployment for all cleaning operations.
- Enforce airside safety protocols, PPE usage, and adherence to aircraft safety zones.
- Proactively assess and report health, safety, and security risks, escalating when necessary.
- Act as the key point of contact between ground handling, catering, laundry, ADAC, and other operational teams.
- Lead and supervise cleaning teams, ensuring task completion, punctuality, and performance feedback.
- Manage logistics including the availability and transportation of cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, document operational issues, and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in aviation or airport operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role within ground handling or cabin cleaning.
- College Certificate (minimum qualification).
- Knowledge of aircraft turnaround operations and airside safety standards (Etihad experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; English fluency required (additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Urdu, or Nepalese are a plus).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- UAE driving license preferred (or eligibility to obtain an airside driving permit).
