Summer Academy Dubai Latest Jobs: Admissions Manager (Summer Schools)
- Location: On-site | Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE
- Type: Full-Time | Office-based (No hybrid or remote)
- Start Date: Immediate – no later than 1st September 2025
- Travel: Occasional within UAE and region
- Remuneration: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student admissions and recruitment for summer school programs
- Build and nurture relationships with school counselors, education coordinators, and decision-makers
- Present program offerings to students and parents at school fairs and educational exhibitions
- Support senior team in developing outreach strategies across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider Middle East
- Handle client communication, proposal drafting, and CRM database updates
- Assist with follow-ups and ensure timely documentation for enrolled students
- Represent Summer Academy at relevant education events
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in education sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Prior experience with UAE schools, education institutions, or recruitment in the international education sector
- Strong communication and public speaking skills; confident in delivering presentations
- Must be target-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus
- Familiarity with UK/US education systems, summer schools, or international student recruitment is a bonus
- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference
