Job Summary
As a Sales Manager for Caltex Lubricants, you will lead a high-performing sales team across the UAE. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing operations, strengthening client relationships, and increasing market share in sectors such as retail, commercial, and government. You’ll play a key role in shaping sales strategies, developing marketing plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Principal Accountabilities
- Lead, train, and guide the lubricant sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage all aspects of sales operations, financial performance, and team activities.
- Build and maintain client relationships, support tender bids, and deliver technical presentations.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report monthly and annual sales performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain and distributors to ensure timely product delivery and support.
- Design and execute marketing and promotional strategies to support brand growth.
- Oversee product pricing strategies and sales forecasting to meet budgetary goals.
Financial and Operational Responsibilities
- Review and optimize operational (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
- Enforce and monitor customer credit policies and payment terms.
- Ensure timely collections and actively follow up on overdue payments.
- Manage sales targets and contribution margins aligned with annual business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
📊 Experience: 8–10 years in sales and managerial roles within the lubricants or related industry
💼 Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
🚘 License: Valid UAE driving license
💻 Tech: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
🛢️ Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of lubricants, distribution, and competitive landscape
📈 Other: Strong analytical and forecasting abilities with team management experience
