1. Beauty Advisors
Language Requirement:
Fluent in English and one or more of the following:
- Russian
- Farsi / Persian
- Arabic
Job Responsibilities
- Must have experience in Skincare, Haircare, Nail Care, Cosmetics, or Beauty Products
- Highly presentable, professional, and adaptable
- Comfortable working across different locations in Dubai or Abu Dhabi depending on business needs
2. Hairstylist (Arabic Speaker) – Abu Dhabi
XBeauty is seeking a skilled and passionate Hairstylist to join our Abu Dhabi team on a full-time basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and provide expert styling advice
- Perform cutting, coloring, perming, shampooing, and styling services
- Apply specialized hair treatments for daily and formal styles
- Recommend and sell hair care products; cross-sell services
- Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitize tools regularly
- Manage bookings, appointments, and walk-in clients
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and professional techniques
3. Make-Up Artist (Female)
Location: Dubai, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional makeup applications and beauty transformations
- Deliver personalized consultations based on client preferences and skin types
- Demonstrate high-level makeup techniques to support product sales
- Stay updated on global beauty trends and educate customers
- Recommend and cross-sell makeup and beauty products suited to client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction
4. Store Manager – XBeauty Al Ain
(Native Arabic Speaker)
This is a full-time leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and exceptional customer experience at XBeauty Al Ain.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall store management and daily operations
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and foster customer loyalty
- Execute store policies, procedures, and business initiatives
- Support and guide Beauty Advisors to maximize sales and conversion rates
- Manage store resources efficiently to meet profitability goals
- Maintain a visually appealing, well-organized shopping environment
- Perform additional tasks as required by management
Requirements
- Proven experience in Store Management
- Mandatory experience in Skincare, Haircare, Nailcare, Cosmetics, or Beauty products
- Highly presentable, professional, and adaptable personality
- Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
- Stable career background
- Flexible to work across different locations as per business needs
