Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in skincare, haircare, nail care, cosmetics, beauty products, or fragrances is essential.
- Highly presentable with strong adaptability and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and comfortable working in different locations based on business needs.
Brand Category Manager – Beauty Retail
(Skincare / Makeup / Fragrance / Haircare)
📍 Location: Dubai
Experience Background
- Experience with beauty retailers, pharmacy retail, cosmetic distributors, or brand offices
- Experience handling international or premium brands
- Exposure to the GCC retail market preferred but not mandatory
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Category Management, Buying, or Brand Management in retail
- Beauty retail experience (Skincare / Makeup / Fragrance / Haircare) is mandatory
- Experience working with international brands or distributors
- Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency and reporting ability
- Experience with ERP / Retail systems
- Beauty Retail and E-Commerce experience required
Merchandise Planner / Retail Planner (Beauty Retail)
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, or a related field
- 4–8 years of experience in retail planning, merchandise planning, or demand planning
- Experience in Beauty, Multibrand Beauty, or FMCG retail is preferred.
