🔹 Contact Center Agent (Outsource)
Department: Customer Service / Contact Center
Location: UAB Headquarters, Sharjah
Customer Support Job Purpose
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Respond to service requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently
- Maintain a high level of service quality in line with UAB values: Integrity, Customer Focus, Competence, Consistency, and Courteousness
- Report any issues related to operational risk, fraud, or AML in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to internal risk management policies
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer calls, live chats, and emails with accuracy and empathy
- Provide information about UAB’s retail and Islamic banking products
- Ensure first-time resolution on customer queries
- Track and escalate unresolved issues in coordination with internal departments
- Maintain compliance with Customer Protection Regulations (CPR)
- Identify trends in customer concerns and suggest solutions for improvement
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or call center role
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and contact center platforms
- Ability to handle various customer personalities with professionalism
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus
