Job Summary:
The Brand Manager is responsible for driving category growth, revenue, profitability, and market share within the assigned portfolio. The role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of brand and category strategies in the UAE FMCG market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
- Lead innovation pipelines, product launches, and lifecycle management initiatives.
